Empowering the Community She Once Served
Angel Capers embodied courage, compassion, and quiet strength—qualities she carried from her military service into every part of her life. She believed that true service meant protecting others, uplifting those in need, and standing firm in the face of adversity.
Today, her legacy lives on through our efforts to empower and support minor children who have lost a parent or parents to domestic violence homicide. Through our strong community partnerships, education, and advocacy, we strive to honor Angel’s example of selfless service—transforming her story into a source of strength and empowerment for others.
